What sizes are available?
We offer five sizes: 15CM, 25CM, 35CM, 45CM, and 60CM. Please refer to our product page for sizing details and pricing.
Do you make plush dolls for all types of pets?
Yes! We can create plush dolls for dogs, cats, rabbits, and most other pets. Contact us if you're unsure about your pet type.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply select your preferred size, upload a clear photo of your pet, add your pet's name and any special notes, then add to cart and checkout.
What makes a good photo?
The best photos are clear, high-resolution, front-facing shots with natural lighting and a simple background. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered images.
Can I order a plush doll with a frame?
Yes! We offer a framed version of our custom pet plush doll. You can choose from four frame styles on the product page.
Production & Delivery
How long does production take?
Production takes approximately 3–4 weeks. Each doll is handcrafted individually with great care.
How long does delivery take?
After production, delivery to Australia typically takes 1–2 weeks. Total time from order to delivery is approximately 4–6 weeks.
Do you ship to all of Australia?
Yes, we ship to all Australian states and territories.
After Your Order
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once production has begun, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
