At Moment in Heart, we turn your beloved pet into a lifelike, handcrafted plush doll. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Choose Your Size
Browse our range of sizes and select the one that's right for you. From a compact 15CM keepsake to a generous 60CM display piece, there's a size for every home.
Step 2: Upload Your Photo
Upload a clear, front-facing photo of your pet. The better the photo, the more lifelike your doll will be! Natural lighting and a plain background work best.
Step 3: Add Your Personal Touch
Share your pet's name and any special details you'd like us to know — unique markings, favourite colours, or anything that makes your pet extra special.
Step 4: We Craft Your Doll
Our skilled artisans in our workshop handcraft your doll with love and attention to detail. Every stitch is made to capture your pet's unique likeness.
Step 5: Delivered to Your Door
Your finished doll is carefully packaged and shipped directly to you in Australia. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production plus 1–2 weeks for delivery.
