All custom goods are handmade and manufactured overseas.
Production lead‑time: 15‑25 business days from full payment and photo confirmation.
Shipping time to Australia: 7‑14 business days. Total delivery estimate: 22‑39 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by customs, public holidays or logistics events.
We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes applicable in Australia.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Re‑delivery fees for wrong addresses will be borne by the customer.
Tracking number will be emailed to you once goods are dispatched.
