By placing an order with Moment in Heart, you agree to the following terms.
You warrant that all photos you upload own full copyright, and you have permission to use the image for custom‑made products. You shall not upload copyrighted, offensive or third‑party images without permission.
All custom goods are hand‑crafted, minor differences compared to reference photos are normal for handmade products.
Please check design confirmation replies from us promptly. Delayed customer replies will extend production timeline.
Cancellation is only permitted before production commences. Once manufacturing starts, orders cannot be cancelled.
